Cisco,NBA Extend Digital Media Partnership



Cisco and the National Basketball Association have a new multi-year extension of their marketing partnership in which Cisco is its role as the official technology partner of the NBA,WNBA,NBA Development League and the USA Basketball announced continue.

In the past seven years, the NBA has experienced tremendous growth in the consumption of digital media.This initiative is a committee of executives from both companies that focus on the application of the principles of the Internet connectivity all on the court interprets the NBA have to improve, Cisco said in a press release.

Cisco said it will have a larger role in the WNBA's Inspiring Women platform,including the creation of a new Cisco WNBA Inspiring the Future Award.The annual award recognizes an exceptional female leader for her outstanding efforts in the field of technology education.


Cisco is its commitment to the NBA D-League as the presenting partner of the NBA D-League Draft to continue.For the fourth consecutive year,the NBA D-League will hold the entire project by Cisco WebEx online collaboration software,with all teams to participate in the location,away from their computers,tablets or smartphones,no matter where they are.
