Twitter is entering the fourth month of its CEO Dick Costolo search then resigned earlier this year. As co-founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey took over as interim CEO, it is increasing the pressure for the company to appoint a permanent head as executives jump ship, morale suffers, and the company's shares must be hit more 20% from the beginning of the search.
Twitter board will meet on Thursday to discuss the status of the search for CEO, which is driven by recruitment firm Spencer Stuart, Bloomberg said in the report.
